• Tenant and usage data: information we access from your connected Microsoft 365 environment as permitted by your configuration and authorizations, such as license assignments, directory objects, and related metadata used to deliver optimization and reporting features.
• Billing data: subscription status, plan selections, and payment-related records processed by our payment provider (we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers).
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, log files, diagnostics, and approximate location derived from IP for security and reliability.
• Communications: messages you send us (for example support requests at info@odinoptimize.com).

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Authenticate users, enforce security, and prevent fraud or abuse;
